Based in Washington DC and London, iGabriel seeks to identify investment opportunities in the communications industry - specifically - Telecommunications, Media and Communications Technology.
On our own, and through our affiliated relationships, we will consider investments from $1 Million to over $100 Million. We are particularly interested in investment opportunities that demonstrate proven demand and can project recurring revenue streams.
Our highly experienced financial professionals are also able to provide financial advisory services in order to help companies grow. Through our affiliate, International Capital Strategies (www.internationalcapitalstrategies.com) our significant experience in investment banking, private equity and related disciplines allows us to tap into other sources of capital, including equity, debt, mezzanine and structured finance.
We are also able to undertake due diligence with the assistance of experienced professionals from both the communications industry and the financial sector. We look to take leadership positions in a company's development, including, when appropriate, positions on a company's Board of Directors.
